
Sam Rosiak
Sam Rosiak began training at Infinity Jiu-Jitsu and Strength in 2021 at the age of 16, bringing with him a solid foundation in grappling through six years of competitive wrestling. His transition into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was a natural progression, and he quickly developed a deep passion for the sport. His commitment to continual improvement, both on and off the mats, became immediately evident.
Driven by his interest in athletic performance and physical development, Sam earned his Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), equipping him with the knowledge and tools to support others in achieving their fitness and performance goals.
Currently, Sam is pursuing a dual academic path in Exercise Science and Business at the collegiate level. His educational background complements his coaching philosophy, which emphasizes not only physical skill but also discipline, mindset, and personal growth.
Sam holds the rank of four-stripe blue belt under Professor Mark Gornall, a testament to his dedication, technical skill, and time spent training. At Infinity Jiu-Jitsu and Strength, he serves in multiple key roles, including Head Assistant Coach, Head Kids’ Coach, and Assistant Strength Coach. In each position, Sam brings a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
His unique blend of athletic experience, coaching knowledge, and academic training positions him as a respected leader and mentor within the Infinity community.
