WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Each 55-minute session follows a structured, repeatable format:
- Guided warm-up focused on mobility and joint preparation
- Strength training using kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements
- Functional conditioning with scalable intensity
- Cool-down and flexibility work to support recovery and longevity
Every class is coached, progressive, and adjusted to your current ability level.
Single drop-in sessions for flexibility
Drop-in sessions are ideal for people who want maximum flexibility or simply want to experience the program before committing.
